Orlando area recommendation

We are taking a day to look around Orlando (towards Winter Gardens area) and am wanting a good, solid restaurant to enjoy. Preferably not a chain and nothing too fancy. Any suggestions?

Whelp, guess you didn't get many takers here.

I can say nice things about Cuba Libre. I guess it's not too, too far from Winter Gardens.

It's a very, very small chain. We have one in DC. Love it. Went to the one in Orlando once. We had a fantastic time. The decor is fun, food is great.

We usually like the ceviche, empanadas, ropa vieja, picadillo, churrasco, paella....

Chef`s Table at the Edgewater is a lovely restaurant in Winter Garden.

Nice without being stuffy. The Chef`s Table itself was a wonderful experience but they do have the regular restaurant too which was lovely and the staff are lovely.

Mix of dress, some were dressed up but most were casual.

I’m not sure if you are looking for fancy or just good. We really enjoyed the Dixie Cream cafe restaurant in Windermere. My daughter lives in Winter Garden and it was really close.
