Cooking Organizing all your clipped/saved recipes?

Can someone direct me to this thread? I know I read it earlier today and darned if I can find it again. There were some great ideas but I wanted to ask how they sorted/catorgorized them but had to a long haul trip for a funeral and back (6 hours total driving) and can't remember where I read it.
I guess the funeral made me think of it while driving because everyone was talking, eating, remembering all the good things. Back in my hotel tonight and I'm sure the family would love to have something like this and places to add new recipes.

I reused my "bad" photo albums - when I started scrapping, although some were a bit past it, I had a couple of fairly new albums (the sticky sort with plastic over the pics) and stuck some in there. I also have an accordion wallet with some sorted by topic - cakes, fish, etc.

But I do also have a HUGE pile in my cookbook stand (so many you can't actually get a cookbook in there ) What I've been doing is, any which I make more than twice I write into a special recipe binder (as this allows me to add any tweaks to seasoning etc.) I also made a small scrapbook for each of my boys with our favourite family recipes, and included photos of them helping to make them (or eating them). I also have to regularly weed it to remove multple printed copies

I do find I get more and more recipes from the computer - in fact I don't subscribe to cookery magazines any more as they were all BBC publications and every recipe gets put onto bbcgoodfood.co.uk
