Hi all,

As I am sure most of you can relate, my biggest problem is staying organized. I was reading Disney Ontario's thread and thought - let's share!!

I would love to see photos and your #1 buys, tips and tricks for how you stay organized.

Also, what do you take to crops? (Personally I need to downsize in that department, it takes me soo long to pack and unpack at each one!!)

Here are my top tips and products!

Clip it Up - I would be lost without it!! Here is a link: http://www.clipitup.com/ It is pricey, but a must have for me!!

3 Teired Tool Box on Wheel - this thing is awesome!! It hase room up top for all my stamps, then 3 drawers for blings, buttongs, brads, etc and then a 3rd compartment at the bottom for additional embellishments.

7 Drawer Cart - holds (7) 12 x 12 sterlite plastc organizers. I have more then 7, but choose the 7 I need to take with me and pop them in. Here is a link: http://www.target.com/Sterilite-7-Drawer-Craft-Cart-White/dp/B000MQ62IG

Well, there are my top three. Can wait to hear about yours, and see photos of your room, and how you stay organized!!

i just recently purchased this for my crop cart

as for my crop cart -- i finally made the time and split out alot of my embelishments so that I would not have to pack them up everytime. I also picked up at garage sales and/or internet gently used paper cutter, craft mat, other tools and keep them in my cart as well.
details here
I also would love to show off my "corner"

the back wall of shelves makes it looks over-cluttered...i have to get busy!

Oh Mom, that is Heaven!:goodvibes

Once I finish organizing I will take a photo. Now mind you my SB room is on a serious budget (rather spend for cricut carts than orgnaizers, LOL) in my unfinished basement.

Hi again. When I am also done organizing there shall be photos,I also want to know how to pack for crops and to be able to take more.I go to a weekend scrapbooking retreat every November then next Nov I am heading to a scrapbooking cruise. Last year I bought a 3 drawer red tool box then got son inlaw to airbrush it deep pink and design it, a huge hit but WOW it was heavy, just with stampping gear.I nead new ideas for this year.

I've shared these before, but this is my scrap storage.

Paper Storage: I love the Cropper Hopper Vertical Storage. I bought the set that came with one large holder and 4 pocket holders, from Michaels. It was $24.99, but I bought them with a coupon. The bottom shelf, also has my sticker storage, which are Cropper Hopper Sticker Envelopes. They are stored in modified Priority Mail Boxes.

On the left, are 2 Jetmax pieces, the ones with the shelves. This is additional paper storage. I have my DCWV stacks on the bottom shelves. Top shelves are paper that I bought at Tuesday Morning, that comes 25/pack. I have a Making Memories Shelf, SEI Shelf. I also have a shelf for Imaginesce & Basic Grey Paper Kits. The center section: the bottom shelf, is my scraps storage. Binders I got cheap at garage sales and thrift stores, and page protectors. Top shelf are negatives, sorted photos waiting to be scrapped, "extra" photos (duplicates, and rejects), rubons, and a box of small stickers. Right side: More Jetmax. I have a drawer for punches that didn't fit in my Crop In Style Punch Holder, which is behind the door (no pic), adhesive (all types), Stickles & Flock, and Ink/Chalk/Stamps. The small drawers, are mostly random things. I have a drawer for Bling, a drawer for "craft tools" (modge podge and brushes, glue gun, etc), a drawer for "tools" (old circle cutter, deco scissors, old tape guns). Above the shelves you will notice a curtain rod. This holds my Cricut mats, and stickers that were too large to fit in a binder.

On these shelves in my closet are: Binders of swap stuff, 8x11 paper, 8x8 paper, binder with Primas obtained through swaps, magazines & idea books.

This side: Baskets have packages of loose fibers, sorted by color, baskets with "unsorted items". Top shelf is part of my ribbon storage.

In the cabinet, are my flowers. I have too many, so they tend to fall out when I open it. The box are more Sticker Envelopes. These ones have swap items, paper and embellishments that are sorted by character. I have one folder for each of the Fab 5, and major Princesses. Plus, a few movies (Toy Story, Peter Pan, Lilo & Stitch. The 12x12 Sterelite drawers are my "old" paper storage system. I hated horizontal paper storage, because it made it hard to see what patterns I had. Now, I have a drawer for chipboard, one for the stickers that came in the scrapping packs from WDW, one for the frames from those packs. I also have more swap pieces, and general odds and ends. This is an old picture, so on the top closet shelf you can see a tote and some PM mail boxes. These are also swap items. I've since sorted most of this stuff, and they have homes in the appropriate binders, and I added a second office box like the one with the characters. That is now holding AK and Cruise swap stuff. I've been able to eliminate one set of the Sterelite drawers and so that box is sitting on top of the bottom row of drawers (the smaller storage containers have been eliminated or moved)

Last pic. My tiny workspace. The two big drawers: top is ribbon storage, bottom is Sizzix.

I don't crop, so I can't help you there.

don't know how much help I am but for going to crops I've found that my 2" art bins are a life saver. I pull the pics and the paper and place in the box (many others us 2 gal bags and put everything for the layout in them) I tend to have 2 one for each kid. after that I pull any stamps/ounches that intrest me that might work with the layouts. After that I have lot of stuff I can't weed out so I shlep it all, ink pads, cricut and carts, tools are the biggest part.

My pics are in the orginal organization thread. I should take some more since I've changed a few things.

I'm far from organized when I'm scrapping I make a MESS but I love not having to get up and having 90% within reach

Hi again. I need something different for crop stamping storage. The tool box is too heavy this time.I am in the process of taking my clear stamps and putting them in clear, thin dvd cases.:confused3

Also, what do you take to crops? (Personally I need to downsize in that department, it takes me soo long to pack and unpack at each one!!)
I've organized a lot for the stuff I take to crops as I don't really scrap at home. It's always someone else's home or a church or a craft hideaway that is nearby.

I have an old 3-tiered tool box that I keep all of my non-essential essentials (crayons, pencils, acrylic stamps, punches, embellishments, glitter, etc.). I also have a tackle box with all my essentials (shears, adhesive, sanding block, bone tool).

I have all of my 8 1/2 x 11 paper in a rubbermaid tub (my photos fit in there too) and my 12x paper goes into one of the scrap project boxes. I'll haul my Cricut (personal, not expression) and that's about it.
