I need information on how to order water from Cotsco to be delivered for our trip. Any help would be appreciated!

We aren't Costco members and do this every trip. It costs a little under 6 dollars per case. i order it online 7 days before we leave, put address of the resort and our name and "hold for (check in date)" in the second address line and it's always there waiting for us, GREAT deal!

TIP: It will be in a carboard box and the water will not be visible. We had the castmember at bell services looking all over for a visible case of water and weren't having much luck. Another cast member overheard me say water from Costco and knew exactly what to look for in the storage room and came right out with it.

Friends of ours also oredered water and included their reservation number along with the specific resort name and their box was directly forwarded to their room.

It sure is a good price: 1 case = 2 bottles in the parks! Plus we buy a variety of flavor pixies to add to the water for when we refill the bottles in the parks to help eliminate the nasty Florida water taste.

is there a shipping or delivery charge from costco?? We are members, so any more info on how to do this would be great. Also can you do the same with soda or any of the food ie. muffins????

NO. You cannot have what is in the warehouse shipped, bummer huh?. You can however have whatever is online shipped. They have some things, like we had otis spunkmeyer cookies sent and they have hot chocolate packets.

What brand is Costco sending these days?

I was wondering this also...
Since Nestle bought out Poland Spring it is harder to get Poland Spring Water
delivered to WDW.
Staples does deliver PS water anymore.
It is a regional brand.
We are going to ship our own.

So all we need to do is go to Costco.com? Is there a Sams that delivers to the resorts? This was a very helpful post I had no idea, Thanks to you all

We had Costco.com send water to our resort. We are not members but were able to order on-line.

It took awhile for the resort to find our water (sent two cases), but they eventually found it. Don't know what the problem was.

Have also used Staples.com but I think their shipping was more.

I was recently told that there is now a $20 service charge to have water delivered to the resorts. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Lady on another thread said she was charged $20 surcharge for a case of water.

I had heard about the possibility of charges for receipt of packages. Could this possibility just be at the Value resorts?

I think maybe it would be a good idea to check with the resort prior to ordering the water so that you have a total cost BEFORE you decide to proceed.

We were at ASMu 2 weeks ago...
I had ordered 2 cases of water from Costco 7 days prior to arrival..
When we got to our room, I sent hubby down to luggage services to get them.. they said that they would send them up...we went to MK, and when we returned for the night, the cases were in our room waiting for us!

There was never a charge from the resort...
total for 2 cases was I think $15 with taxes and surcharges..
I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the water...was not Poland Spring, but it was fine nonetheless..

We used both cases during the coarse of our stay (8 days, 2 adults, 3 kids) and the single serving crystal light packets were useful.
