Ordering water from Costco

We want to have bottled water delivered, but we don't need any other groceries. We are members at Costco, and I read on here that you can have water delivered for $7. I wrote down that I click on "Business" and then on "break room". However, when I click on business, it asks if I am delivering to a commercial property or a residential address. Obviously, my hotel isn't a residential address, but I'm not sure I'm in the right area. Is this the correct place to be? I don't want to place an order incorrectly.

You are in the right place. Last year, Idid a trial run of Costco water to my house, but ended up not ordering for our vacation (FYI- home delivery order was ggreat, would not hesitate to order again for home or vacation, just ended up not needing the delivery for vacation)
I would check commercial property, because a hotel is commercial. You should have no problem at all

This is an interesting idea - we usually rent a car during our vacation and drive to costco (about 10 min away) and pick up waters, fruit, booze etc for our trip. This time we have kids and so we are not hauling carseats down on our flight so no car rental. I am not sure how much a taxi would cost because its not that far... But the delivery sounds interesting - if you try it please post how it went.

Wow! I just looked at the Costco site - I didn't know they delivered food in So Cal! In Northern CA, they don't.

I'm interested in hearing how this goes for you.

Okay -

I tried to order the water, but the bottles of water themselves put me at $7.53 or something for a total. Then as I proceed to check out, they tack on a $20 delivery fee. Has anyone done this before without getting a $20 delivery fee? It isn't worth ordering if I have to pay extra to have it there. How did you avoid the fee?

Looks like you need to spend $250 to avoid delivery charge and you need to have a business membership!
