Ordering tickets and Fast Pass timing

We are going to wdw in December and everyone but one person are annual pass holders.. I was going to order a 5 day pass for the nonAP person and figured I would just go the discounted route at undercover.

But now I'm worried because we have three days until FP 60 day window open up and from what I've read undercover mails the tickets to you.. How do I do FP for everyone with these physical tickets? I think if I order from wdw I will get a code to link them to my MDE but do I get the Sam thing immediately from UT.?
