I know there are tons of posts about this but I wanted to ask my fellow canucks directly. How was your experience ordering through Undercover Tourist?

I had been planning on just ordering 1 Disney park ticket(as the other will be purchased through Airmiles). I had read people recommending getting the express shipping to help unsure it arrives and is not lost. But with just getting 1 ticket that $30 express shipping makes the savings of UCT redundant.

Have any of you had issues receiving your tickets? If they got lost/stolen what happened next? Yes, I am being a little paranoid but I have dealt with some crappy snail mail situations before and my faith in them is very limited. I did email UCT and asked but they didn't really answer my question and just said if its lost they would make arrangements and I would have to pick up at Will Call...which doesn't really help me when it comes to making FP+ on my 60 days out.

So any thoughts on this please? Any issues with your orders? Would appreciate it. Thanks!

I've ordered from them three times now and have not any issues. I used their regular shipping and received the tickets exactly when they projected I would. I actually ordered 2 adult tickets today on my airmiles credit card in hopes to gain enough airmiles to get one child's ticket before we go!

We've ordered from them a few times- no problems- tickets came fast-I always scanned the tickets and kept that separate in case I lost them.

We've ordered a number of times from them and they have been great. The last trip we went on (before magic bands), a can of spray sunscreen emptied out in our backpack when we were in Animal Kingdom. The sunscreen destroyed the bar codes on the tickets so the tickets didn't work anymore. We went to guest services at Disney and they were able to call undercover tourist and get the numbers for our tickets and issue us new ones with no problem.

The last trip I didn't pay anything for shipping and they did take a while, but they came with no issues at all. I just ordered them for our next trip and I paid $5.95 shipping and they came in a week and they sent me an email with a tracking link.

I would definitely recommend them! I was really impressed with their customer service when we had problems! Hope that helps!

We've ordered from them 3 times a year for the past few years. They always arrived within the 2 week window using the free shipping option. Save the $30 and buy an extra snack for everyone!!!

We've only used them once, but it was seamless and we had great service (not to mention we saved a nice chunk of change too :thumbsup2) . I would not hesitate to use them again. Tickets arrived surprisingly fast.

I've bought tickets through UT twice now (most recently this February) and had no troubles at all. I used standard shipping and tickets arrived within 2 weeks both times. The tickets were sent from the Toronto area, not the U.S. I wouldn't hesitate to buy tickets through them again.

I have ordered through them once and had no issues. We used the regular shipping and they end actual tickets.

Have a great time!

Thank you everyone for your assurances! I went ahead and ordered through UCT. Must have a little faith sometimes right? Now the the mail box watch starts! ::yes::
