Ordering the Chef's Favorite (the set menu) using DDP

First time using the DDP...forgive me if this has been asked/answered a million times.

For TS credits, can you order the "Chef's Favorite"? For example, as Le Cellier, the Chef's Favorite is an appetizer, entree and dessert. Or, since that has an appetizer, is it not allowed?

Yes, you can. And you will get the appetizer.

I'm of the opinion that the entire reason these menus exist is to encourage dining plan guests to order cheaper entrees by giving them an appetizer.

Be aware though, that if you order from the chef's favorites menus no substitutions at all will be allowed.

We have done the price-fix chef's menu at Le Cellier. Le Chefs de France, Kona Cafe while using DDP. Its a great way to get apps. entree and dessert, if the choices are ones you like..there are NO substitutions.
