Ordering merchandise through Disney Parks

Ok, years ago, you were able to call up Disney and order something you had seen in the parks but didn’t buy. I’ve done it at both DL and WDW.

Does this still exist? And yes, I am still obsessing over that Castle cookie jar that they didn’t have a box for…lol.

of course, they don’t have it on ShopDisney, that would be too easy. I’m going back in December and hopefully they might still have them but I’m not being too optimistic on that.

So, if someone knows that secret number to call to make your wishes come true…please share!

Last I checked, they had discontinued this service

I think since Covid and it never came back.

They only JUST brought back package delivery (from the parks back to the resort), and even that doesn’t start again until august 8th

That would help me right now. I want to buy that new haunted mansion Tommy Bahama shirt and am bummed I didn’t get it this past weekend.

it will cost a fee, but there are disney shoppers who will go to the parks and buy stuff for you.

I’d be interested to see if they still have that service too but also but with the added complexity of does it extend to Canada and what are the duties like next time I’m bringing an empty luggage

This service no longer exists. It's a shame. Mini-Rant: If Disney wanted to cut down on people buying large amounts of merch in the park and reselling it online, or make it more difficult for private Disney Shoppers to operate, offering this service would cut down on that. They could still have limits on some items. Being able to call the parks and order park only merchandise would be fantastic. Universal does it, so it is possible. End Mini-Rant.

Yes, Universal has quite a selection and is way better organized in that department.

But Disney just does not the quality nor the variety of merchandise it once did, I have a Cinderella blouse from the Disney Store that’s over 20 years old. I’ll be lucky if the Jiminy Cricket t-shirt I just bought makes it through next summer. It should sadden them to know I came fully prepared to drop a couple hundred bucks on stuff and all I bought was my $38 shirt (which I wouldn’t have bought except how often do you see Jiminy on anything???)

So sad.

I accidentally ruined a Dumbo shirt and a pair of Dumbo shorts that my daughter bought at DLR in June. The only way I can get them is through a seller on ebay who expects me to pay them up front and if they can't find them they will refund my money. I don't trust this method and I cannot get the items anywhere else so I am out of luck.

I don’t think you’ll have a problem finding the cookie jar again… I’ve been eyeing it since last year and have seen it each of my most recent visits (09/21, (11/21, and 5/22)

I’m sad they discontinued this service since they don’t sell everything on shopDisney.com

I can relate. I have some tee shirts (embroidered), that I bought in the late 80s/early 90s....they're still in GREAT condition. The quality nowadays, just isn't there, plus everything is printed, not embroidered like it used to be.
