Ordering MagicBands

I received a reservation booklet from WDW indicating we are eligible for MagicBands trial with instructions of how to set it up. My problem is that I go to the mydisneyexperience.com website and log in, then click on the magicbands logo like it says but it wants me to enter magicbands ID#'s. It doesn't give any instruction on how you receive the bands in the first place. Could this be because I haven't purchased our park tickets yet? I have the hotel ressie, restaurant ressies, etc all linked to my account.
