Ordering from Laughing Place?

I ordered a calendar from them a few years ago and it took many weeks until I finally received it. I decided to give them another try because I really wanted some Disney family decals for my car and I couldn't find them anywhere else. They charged my credit card and then I never received the decals. I e-mailed them after about 2 months and got an e-mail back saying they were very sorry and would ship my order for free and credit it back to my card. I got the decals via overnight shipping and they did reverse the charge. They made good on their mistake, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place so I will not be ordering from them again either.
 
I've always been under the impression that they purchased your items at the parks/WOD store, and therefore probably only made a few trips a week to pick up "merchandise". I have ordered from them in the past and the service was fine. Yes their prices are higher, but I figured it was like when you order from Garden Grocer, where someone is doing a service for you. For me the item that I ordered was a replacement of DDs favorite Tinkerbell doll. DH and I searched everywhere at WDW for a new doll (hers was falling apart fast...and she was on #2), none were to be found. I ordered one through them and had it within 2 or 3 weeks. I was a happy mommy.

Unofrtunately like anywhere else these days, customer service and satisfaction is probably just on the decline.
 
As the OP I thought I would let you know that I finally received my items today 1/4 after being promised I would have them by 12/30. I will never order from them again and I decided to send them an email letting them know. They probably don't care, but I feel better.

"I'm sorry to say that you have lost a potentially valuable customer. It's very poor business that
the order I placed on December 12, 2009 didn't ship to me until January 2, 2010. I specifically
asked that the items be received by December 30 and was told it wasn't a problem. Not true.
I have placed my first and last order with your company. Very disappointed customer. In the
future I will order directly from Disney."
