Ordering from Disney.com shopping

Hi all
I have a trip booked from May 17 - May 22nd, 2008 with my dd 3 and want to have an order shipped to WDW resort while we are there to save on shipping. What date should I be looking at to order?

HI Suzanne! We're going for May 26-June 6, and I plan on placing an order too. I did this last July for our trip, and I ordered three weeks ahead because they had $5 shipping - they held my package at OKW with no problem at all - just made sure my ressie number was on the parcel so they knew when I was coming, and they had it noted on my account when I checked in. Happy shopping!

My family arrives on Saturday April 26, 2008.
I placed my order last night on DisneyShopping because they had a 30% off code and shipping for $5.00. It usually takes 6 - 12 business days for them to get the delivery. so it should arrive no later than on Tuesday April 29, and most likely a day or two before we arrive.

When taking advantage of the $5 shipping or placing an order with a large volume of goodies - a DisneyShopping CSR told me to add an extra 2-3 days processing time to the shipping timelines on the site. So, for trips - I normally order 15-17 days out of arrival. The hotels will hold parcels, but as the concierge at CR said "anything more than 2-3 weeks can be excessive".
