Ordering from ce multi-advantages question

Hi

Well my trip booking is coming along...have booked the Eurostar, a first for us, we usually fly :banana:, have booked the hotel for the night before..

I think I have ordered annual passes from cem, but I haven't received an acknowledgement email, is this normal? When I registered and paid the fee I received emails but not for the tickets :confused3

I used dh's credit card so I can't phone and find out if the transaction has went through or not and he isn't home until late tonight. I have emailed cem but haven't had a reply yet. Anyone?

So that just leaves booking the train to London, book the Kyriad and the hotel in London for when we return :cool1:
 
ive have used ce many times and they always are quick to comfirm my order with a email with my transaction number,price ,price of postage and comfirming my details i would email them or ring them to check ,alice is very good at ce
 
I had a similar issue with ce. I found the email in my trash folder - after I had asked them to confirm via email.

Everything else went really smoothly with them.

I've been emailing Alice and she can't understand what's happened...she can see a transaction in my name and at the time i ordered and I've forwarded her the "transaction complete" page but she hasn't had a "ticket" from their bank to confirm payment, at least I think that's what her emails say, they are in French!

When I tried to do the transaction again, I got a message saying the transaction has already been completed. Alice says its bizarre, she hasn't come across this before! Just my luck!

I haven't had the automated security call from dh's bank which we've had before when a transaction in a different currency has been declined for security.

I'll just have to wait until tomorrow and have do phone the bank and Alice is going to check with their bank....aagh!
 

Hi Sorry to resurecct thi old thread, but did this get resolved? its just that I have had the same problem this morning, I put order though and then had the message this has already been completed or something along them lines. Thanks for your help.
 
Alice Dias has been asking me to provide proof that I paid for 4 Annual passes to Disneyland (2 adults and 2 children). I have not received email confirmation from CE Multiadvantage when I paid, but have been charged on my MasterCard.
When I paid my membership fee of 20 Euros, they lost the payment but eventually managed to trace it!
I am a bit confused now and don't know how to proceed. I have called them and left a message on their answering machine.
Timewasters - Will never trust these types of companies again!
 
I have used Alice before and know lots of other people who have without problems. Can you just not send here a screenshot of your credit card statement? Or a scan? She is normally very helpful.

Also, did you order with a french address? She is no longer able to sell discounted AP's outside of France :sad:
