Anyone ever do this? On October 4th I pre-ordered Sims2 Pets from CompUSA. I expected it would be shipped on the 18th, the day it was released. It wasn't. I keep checking the order status and it still says "coming soon." 
I am calling customer service this morning when they open at 9:00 and cancelling the order.
I can buy it in town and save the $5.00 shipping charge.
I guess I really don't see the point of "pre-ordering" anything.
