Order strawberries/chocolate for BWV?

DH and I are checking in to the BWV to kick off our "Eatin' Drinkin' and Photographin'" trip! I'd like to have some treats ready for us when we arrive.
Who do I call to arrange this???

1) You can order them through room service.
2) They can't be in the room before you arrive.
3) But, they can be delivered sometime after you check-in.
