Order of the Codes

....sounds like some sort of secret society, doesn't it?

So is this the proper order in which codes are released, generally speaking?
1st - PIN codes
2nd - AP rates
3rd - Disney VISA offers (if any)
4th - General public codes

Too funny!!

Unfortunately, I've only ever achieved the 4th degree (general public codes) of the Order of the Codes

I relish the thought of some day becoming a 1st degree member!!!
