Orchestra at Grand Floridian

Is the lobby of the Grand Floridian Open? If so, is the Orchestra Currently playing at night?

The lobby is open (but very few guests in there with only DVC open.). No music while we were there. (7/25-7/30.). Some of the shops are open, Gasparilla Grill QS, Grand Floridian Cafe TS, Enchanted Rose bar, and access to the monorail.
