Orbitz...tracking for fare reductions????

I generally go thru a travel agency because I like to purchase my tickets early if the fares are good. And while I do pay an agency fee, they have saved me more $$ because they track when fares go down, let me know, and allow me the option of switching.

My question regarding Orbitz is do they track your reservation and notify you of lower fares if they come down?

Also, if you have used Orbitz and ran into a problem at the airport, etc. is there a number you can call for assistance, as you would a travel agency?
