Orbitz Ticket Frustation

I purchased one adult 5 day hopper last Saturday, then 2 more adult and 2 children on Monday through Orbitz. I still don't have my magic number to link my tickets. My resort reservation is 31 days away, so I am a bit frustrated because I was hoping to book our fast passes. I have tweeted Orbitz, called Orbitz and emailed them, no one can help, they just tell me to give it more time. I read here that some people were able to call Orbitz and get there numbers right away. Anyone have any clue on what Orbitz has to do to speed up the process. I have also called Disney twice and they can't find any records from Orbitz yet.

I bought Orbitz tickets the same day. The confirmation email states that the ticket numbers will be available in 5 business days. It's only been 4.

I expect mine on Monday.

I know this past Monday was a holiday, I guess I was hoping it wouldn't of affected the automated process.

it can take 10 days for vouchers

Yes, I have the confirmation email, just the my magic number part is pending.

On forever hold with them today, still no confirmation numbers for me.

I bought these on December 30 and it took 7 business days for my moms to update.

I will give it another couple days, they still can't tell me what the problem is. If I don't have them by Wednesday, I will get a refund and buy them from Disney or UT. I am thinking that the automated process may happen on Mondays and the holiday interfered with the process last week. The frustrating part is that no one at Orbitz even knows how the process works between them and Disney.

Finally got them today and all is good, now to obsess all day with fast pass selection when I should be working.

Good to hear you got them. Wonder why Orbitz took so long? Bought mine from Cheaptickets and got my number in 3 days... Supposed to be same company.

Got mine today also. Today is the 6th business day since my purchase, so it's only 1 day passed due. I was able to link the tickets to my MDE account with no problem.
