Orbitz, frequent flyer #?

Is it possible to enter a frequent flyer # when booking through Orbitz?

I have a flight booked on AirTran through an Orbitz booking. I contacted AirTran on their website after the fact and they were able to connect my frequent flier # with my reservation. There was no way to do it yourself that I could find anywhere, but it's possible I needed to set it up on my Orbitz account profile.

For most airlines, it should ask for one in the booking process.

If you missed it, you can add it either by contacting Orbitz, by contacting the Airline, or at Check-In.

Contact the airline directly to add it. This way you'll also get the airline's confirmation number.

I've been able to get miles on all types of internet bookings, including some "no miles" Priceline bookings this way.
