Orangre Tree/Indian Rocks

Hiya all

I'm going to Florida for my first time in September and i can't wait .
We staying in a villa on an estate called Orange tree, just wandering if anyone has ever stayed there? Whats it like? How far from Disney?

Were also going to Indian Rocks for the 3rd week and staying in the holiday inn Habourside. Wanted to know what its like there too. Hopefully someone will of been to one of these.

We went for a drive around Orange Tree in January as it's a fairly new development and I like to know what's around. It's a small development of single storey homes on the US27 about 1.5 miles north of the junction with the 192 (about 15/20 minutes from Disney).
