Has anyone stayed in one of these villa's? I know they are farther from WDW(I live out in a rural area, I'm used to driving a little farther to get to things anyway), BUT, we are on a tight budget and I found a great house for a good price. I was just wondering if anyone has stayed around Orange Tree and how their experience was!

We are looking at Noelle's Disney Retreat, if anyone has a review of that actual house, that would be great too! Thx

We stayed on Egret Hill and it was fantastic. A good drive to the parks but we started out by 7:30 and were there by 8:15 am. Being in the Orange Tree area I do not recall seeing the fireworks as a big feature, so you will not get the same effect as being closer.

Beautiful quiet area. I really loved actual EGRETS walking up to our screen room.
ALL the houses in the area have the same features: pool, hot tub, screened area, maybe a rec room in garage with pool table and table tennis.
We requested a 4 brm and got a 5 at no additional charge. No theme or anything, just a clean, lovely house.
There is a link to Noelle's web site if you do a search. It is also listed at vrbo as you may know.
