Jacuzzi's in every room. Hell it was 95 everyday we were there..... No one was thinking Hot tub..... But yes I think there was.....

Why North Village? Is it near the family pools?

North Village is newer. Pool is much more kid friendly. However the action is at the Reception.

Nothing is really bad, comes down to preference.

Hi I will try to answer how they assign rooms. Ok if you own the week you are going you are guranteed your villa. I own week 51 say unit 2 therefore I get that villa. If you are trading in then you get what owners have put in the bank. So say you own at OLCC and want to go week 32 but own 51. You would get prefernce over someone who owns in Gatlinburg week 1. If you own Gatlinburg week 32 which is red and gold crown you get newer villas over someone who owns Maggie Valley blue time. Hope I didn't confuse anyone. As for the Villages OLCC has three distinct Villages, West, North, East. I own in East which is the newest. Our pool opens the end of this month as well as the new golf clubhouse and The Legends restaurant. The North was completed in the last 5 years and has the best kiddies pool area. No hot tub in the North Village. There is a fountain the kids can play in, zero deepth pool, basketball net in the pool, volleyball and the deepest part of the pool is 4 feet which is where the slide is. It is the pool you see on the website. The West Village has a small reg. pool beside the olympic size pool, a mushroom which is a waterfall for little kids oh yeah they have this in North also, 2 hot tubs, a free form pool which goes to 6 feet, a bar and this is where most of the live entertainment is. The East will have a 2200 sq. foot pool and deck with plenty of seating and supposed to have a hot tub. Also in the West Village there is another pool which is standard size with one pool. The West Village Clubhouse has a movie theater which shows things like The Santa Clause One and it is free. Check in an indoor playground and an outdoor one. It has movie rentals 5.99 each. It has shuffleboard and a kids golf course inside. You can check out games and it has an arcade. There is a pizziara serving pizza and ice cream and Kemmons serves 3 meals a day. Friday night is prime rib which is wonderful. There is also a small grocery store which has cigarettes, milk, bread, alcohol and the essentials. There is so much that I know I am forgetting something sorry this is long but OLCC is not just golf and tennis it is truly a family resort. Go have fun and don't worry about which villas as they are all very nice with great furniture. Also as of the end of this year they will all have a hairdyer and vacuum which I am thrilled about. Sorry, seldom see them advertising, though if you call and say you are interested, I'm sure they have something set up.

However the best is to use www.Skyauction.com and try Ready Set Go and specify week. They usually have it available there.

I know if I do go back, it will be more OLCC and less Theme Parks....

How do they handle tennis? Where are the courts? Do you have to reserve them? Is there a charge?

Hi to reserve the tennis courts you call the golf proshop. Also the raquetball and basketball is reserved through them. I believe it was free if you had your own racket. Don't quote me but I do not play but my little brother does and we reserved the court for him. The courts are at the West Village Clubhouse next to the small golf shop. The villas there are called the Tennis Villas they are multistory just like North and East Village. As for the price I own so don't know how to price them you could call them or do Sky Auction.
