I've done several searches and couldn't find all of the info I was looking for. We're considering staying a night at SSR before heading to the port for our cruise. We looooove the convenience of using Magical Express to get to the resort, but what options do we then have for getting to the port? We just called DCL, and we can take their bus for $59 a person. Eek! We can rent a car, but is it really worth it for a couple of hours? Are there any other options out there? Thanks in advance!

You do have other options. You can use theirs, rent a car, or use a towncar pickup...Renting a car is almost always the cheapest. We use a towncar pickup, and just love it..We do drive a lot at home, and for us it about convenience...Here is a great website to help you out dcltribute.com party:

Once we get into Orlando we are reating a car (only for a few hours). The price difference was UNBELIEVABLE!! For 4 people a taxi, limo service, shuttle and ecspecially the Express was WAY too expensive.

We got a $30 deal with Avis (its the Sams Club price - just ask for it) and they will have car seats in the car for us and have a drop off 3 miles from port with a shuttle service to get you there (we can also keep it for 24 hours, which means we can go out to dinner if we want to). Can't get much better than that!! :cool1:
