Options for extended family trip with Club level

We are planning a trip with our family of 4, one grandparent, and my brother and adult niece. Are there any options that would accommodate 7 people that is not three hotel rooms and also can be club level? It could be our family in a regular room and the other three in some sort of suite. I will add that we don’t want AKL. It’s just too far out from the parks for us.

Most (if not all) of the Deluxe Resort "Suites" are classified as CL, plus the Suites in Gran Destino Tower. While not overly abundant, most deluxes have a variety of different types/sizes with varying guest counts. Many of the suite types are bookable on Disney's website, although some aren't listed and can only be booked by calling.

Sleeping surfaces/configurations vary and there are outliers on either side of these, but roughly speaking most of the 1BR Suites can hold 5-6 adults and 2BR Suites hold 6-8 adults.

There are variations among the resorts as to suite locations on the CL floor or not, etc so it's sort of hard to hit every detail without being resort specific.

Probably stating the obvious but Disney suites are sort of annoyingly expensive and renting DVC points or booking a Villa via a cash reservation for one of the larger accommodation types will generally be cheaper (sometimes much cheaper)... but if looking for a nicer room, Club Level, and the ability to hold multiple parties, Disney Suites can be a good option.

I'd generally recommend to start your planning with resort/location preferences first, then get into room types/configurations that may work with your party.

Thanks so much for your response. We’ve stayed CL at Poly and loved it, but I’m open to other ideas. My kids are getting older and while they still love MK, the idea of being close to Epcot is also appealing. So I’m open to both MK and Epcot area resorts. I know this will be expensive, but just HOW expensive remains to be seen and could make the decision for us.

FWIW, the Poly suites are really nice and recently renovated (although not cheap)... they are in the Tonga longhouse where you have a mini lounge but also have access to the full lounge in Hawaii. We did a multi-generational/multi-room trip there once with some in Tonga and some in regular Poly CL and it was lovely (especially the everyone can go back to their own room part, lol).

FWIW, the Poly suites are really nice and recently renovated (although not cheap)... they are in the Tonga longhouse where you have a mini lounge but also have access to the full lounge in Hawaii. We did a multi-generational/multi-room trip there once with some in Tonga and some in regular Poly CL and it was lovely (especially the everyone can go back to their own room part, lol).

That setup at Poly sounds great. Our family of 4 is myself and my husband and our two kids. One girl and one boy, middle school age, so past the point of sharing a bed. But I can share with our daughter and my H with our son. Then we have my brother, my young adult niece and my dad. Ideally, they would all have their own bed. I don’t see anyone sharing and that is where I think it gets tricky as far as how many rooms we need.

I think that if you want a bed for each adult with CL, you need 3 rooms. If you look at suites, the price will be higher than just getting an additional room.

There are also 5 Deluxe CL rooms that have 2 Queen beds and an extend sitting area with a fold out Sleeping sofa to sleep 6. Note: there are also 5 Deluxe CL rooms on the 3rd for before someone pops in the post that.

It may come down to planning, availability, and timing of resort refresh schedules. The BWI CL is going to start a refurbishment around March 2023.

Thanks so much! I definitely like the idea of being by Epcot. I think it would appeal to everyone in our group. I will look into both of those.
