Options for downtown disney on dining plan?

What options do you recommend with 4 year old in downtown disney? We are staying at POFQ and were thinking of ADR's to go there for a couple of dinners.

Unfortunately I don't think T-rex is on the dining plan. But it might be worth a trip to pay out of pocket. There is always Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney, but I am not a fan of the food.

Rainforest Cafe at DTD is also not on the DDP. Would you consider a really nice CS? WPE is just like TS, but you order it as you would at a CS restaurant. Wonderful food and all for a CS credit.

Our newfound fave restaurant at DTD is House of Blues. Not on the DDP but they are on restaurant.com and with or without a certificate, was very well worth the cost.

Boy or Girl - doesn't matter. My DD was 3 and a half when we went, DS5, both loved it!! If you don't mind paying, that is. Food was great.
