Option sheets for grade 10.. help!?

I have to pick my options for grade 10, and I'm not sure what I should take.

We have to take :
English. Grade 10
Math. Functions And Relations Grade 11
Civics and career studies. Grade 10
History Of canada. Grade 10.

One science course.
I wanted to take chemistry (Grde.11) as my main, then take biology as one of my optional courses.

My optionals were going to be :
- biology(Grde.11)
-Ceramics ( I must take 1 arts credits. why not now? i hear its fun )

But, i can decide on my last one..
I want to be a doctor or some sort of scientist..
Any suggestions?

If you are considering being a doctor/science type major, your best bet would be a math or science class. But, if you have requirements like art, gym, music, you might want to get them out of the way now, and take the math or science later. Or maybe a language?

Photo and Software apps are the electives I chose this year, and french, if you want to count that.

Getting necessary credita out of the way is great though too, don't wanna be stuck with those senior year.

Haha yes it is called Athletics. During Volleyball season we call it Athletics. The rest of the time it is called Off Season. Basically PE except we do volleyball training. It's cool and makes us on the top of our game.

OH thats actually really cool! I guess I didn't know you played volleyball, I used to and that wuould have been very helpful! Good way to stay in shape and on top of your game.

OMG Shelby, you are taking a lot of core classes.

I'm a special education student, with an IQ out of the normal range. I have to have honors classes to keep me from falling asleep. after my sophomore year, almost all of my classes aside from english and math (I plan to finish Calc before I graduate) are electives, because I'm doubing up on sciences and maths.

I despise math, and there are no extra classes of English I can take.

Shelby I feel that way sometimes. The only thing keeping me sane at schoolis my GATE class. Gifted and Talented Education.

It's so much fun and I am so sad that they don't have GATE at high school.

I go to a pullout session with other students at my caliber once every two weeks. its a welcome break.
