The morning we will be rope dropping MK(9am hoping they change to 8) in August we want to get on BUZZ, the speedway, Space, HM and possibly Jungle Cruise. PP would be icing on the cake. We have 2 other pm in MK with FP for BTMR, SPlash and 7DMT, so those are covered. Do you think we can we hit those before our 1:15 Chef Mickey brunch?
Here's how I was thinking..PP...Space...Buzz....speedway...HM...Jungle Cruise. Can we fit anything else in?? Thoughts?? Chances of adding 8am opening?

I think you'll come really close if you don't finish. An extra hour would certainly help. If there's extra time I'd head over to Splash and Thunder, get them done, and change those FPs. Or keep them if you want to ride twice.

You should easily be able to do this. I would go PP, HM, Jungle Cruise, Speedway, Space, Buzz. With a 9am opening you should be done with these by around 11 and still have plenty of time to hit some rides in Fantasyland.

As for 8am, it is highly unlikely. Not sure I've ever seen an 8am Opening at MK in August outside of already announced EMHs.

Assuming you must be hopping to a different park, and that's why you don't have FP+ in the morning? And your other MK days are afternoons?

PP is the one that gets long fastest, so you would want to do it first, but you said it's icing on the cake? If you spend time doing PP at rope drop, you're waiting longer for Space and then everything else.

If I was trying to hit those rides in the morning without FP, personally I would skip PP, but you can easily go there first and be on and off PP pretty quick, most of the Fantasyland rope-droppers will be racing straight to 7DMT or A&E. Then I would do Space/Speedway/Buzz in that order in quick succession, then JC before HM. I think you would definitely have time to do some other rides before Chef Mickey (PotC, Philharmagic, Tom Sawyer, Railroad, Monsters Inc, Wedway).

On our first FP+ trip, after much thought about rope-dropping one park and then hopping to another park with FP+, we decided not to hop. We opted to spend all day at one park (especially MK), and try to get as many additional FP at kiosks as possible. For example, we would FP Thunder/Space/7DMT in the morning. Then in the afternoon we could usually easily get additional FP at kiosks for secondary rides like Buzz/HM/JC/Speedway. But of course that depends greatly on how crowded the park is, the weather, if you're taking an afternoon pool break, etc.

If you really want to hit PP, definitely do that one first. I'd say out of all of those, PP's line grows the longest quickest.

So, if you did PP first I would do it in this order:
PP, Space, Buzz, Speedway, HM and Jungle Cruise. I'd say if you arrive before rope drop you could have all that done by 11:30 for sure (depending on what time of year you go of course). I just saw that that order is exactly what you had listed, so in that case I agree with you :)!

Thanks all! Yes we will hop to another park(HS) and use FP there. I am hoping we accomplish PP during pm EMH at MK earlier in our trip, but glad to see we could get it in if we need to.
