Optical Christmas Tree

When we went October last year I noticed that the Christmas shops were selling optical Christmas trees that plug in to an electric socket, but when we asked cast members if they were safe to plug in the uk with an adapter no one was sure, and then as always the case you get back home and wish you had bought one anyway.

So my question is, If anyone remembers can you let me know if they are on sale this year and how much as we can pick one up.

i don't know if they are still on sale but my mum bought one last year and it worked fine with an adaptor
