I watched the whole thing and WOW!!!!!
The only thing i have to say is can normal people really afford to pay 398 for one sweater????
I have a hard time paying that much for a wardrobe for an entire season.

What got me is when she kept referring to these 20.00 items or so as "great stocking stuffers".....that is a costly "stocking stuffer to me!!"...LOL

I love the show. But I must admit I wasn't as excited as last year. For some reason, I just think it's so over-the-top. People screaming constantly. Things that nobody could affod (and even we could, we won't). I think even Oprah is getting a little annoyed. I can barely hear what she says.

Yeah, I know I'm just jealous.....

I agree that the show is over the top. A lot of those women act like they won the lotto or something. It's nice to get all of that stuff for free but the audience members start hugging each other and acting like little kids. I'd like to go to that show and tar and feather all of the audience members. They need it!!!!

A lot of the reason they also probably go nuts in the audience is that they had no idea what the show was about. They didn't know what show they were going to the taping of....they were just "lucky". I think I would go quite nutso too....especially not expecting it and having no idea!!

I like the show, but I wanted to tell them to be quiet so they could get their stuff. I have to admit that if I was there I would probably be screaming too!

For most people it is the closest thing to winning the lottery. I watched the after show and it was great, they told everyone it was a show about people who over came things in their life. There were only 10 or 11 people who won the contest that actually knew which show it was. Oprah said that its her favorite show because how many times in our adult life do we ever get that excited. I know I was tearing up just watching some of those people.
