Opportunities with DVC....

Just joined the DVC in May.....do they ever offer special deals on the Disney cruise line for vacation club members? I had heard....but I don't remember from who that occasionally they offer special deals to members when they have a lot of cabins to fill or off peak times of the year.....

They have a once a year members cruise that you generally need to pay for with points (I think).

They also at times offer special cash deals to members. You'll get info in the mail, or just watch these boards.

We haven't seen them in a while, but if occupancy is high at WDW, they will offer 'point sales' also.

The only bad part is that none of this is contractually obligated. You have to wait and take them as they come. The better the economy, the better the deals you will see.
