After 3 weeks of debating, here's what my girlfriend and I (both 23 yrs old) have so far. We'd really appreciate any comments on where to change, and where to head over to on our last night.
Thanks in advance.

Fri 2/7 ~ Fantasmic Dinner at Momma Melrose
Sat 2/8 ~ Breakfast at Boma
Dinner at California Grill (Hopefully will get a view of the MK Fireworks)
Sun 2/9 ~ Lunch at Whispering Canyon
Dinner at Beaches & Cream and walk over to Illuminations
Mon 2/10 ~ Dinner at Le Cellier
Tue 2/11 ~ Lunch at Grand Floridian Cafe

Hello,

I see you have Boma for a breakfast, you might want to give it a try for one of your open dinner nights. Otherwise you have a nice, varied selection of restaurants. Make sure you obtain PS's for the Cali Grill, Le Cellier, and Momma Melrose's, otherwise you might not be able to get in.

Take care,

Bill

on 2/8 I put breakfast at Boma, instead of Breakfast at Kona. We've read good things about the Tonga Tost.
We also plan on going to the different resorts each night and getting a drink or two.

How about dinner at Jiko???..The filet with mac n' cheese is to die for,it melts in your mouth, the flat breads are great and the pistachio creme brulee is delicious.Their african wines are wonderful. This is your chance to try something different and it is perfect for a nice romantic dinner as it is more quiet than Boma.Plus,if you are not staying at AKL it gives you a chance to visit...take my word for it you won't regret it!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc ;) :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Personally, I would skip lunch at GF cafe unless you will already be at the resort for something. The food is ok but not worth going out of your way for. Instead I would use this lunch and the 2 dinners up in the air for trying out some of WDW finest restaurants that you left off your list. You should definitely try one of the great restaurants in the Epcot resorts. Flying Fish, Yachtsmans Steakhouse, Shulas, Palio are all excellent; also in the MK area rather than GF cafe, Narcossee and Citrico are much better restaurants and don't forget the other resort restaurant gems like Artist Point, Ohana and Jiko.
Also, for the night of the Fantasmic dinner package I would switch to Brown Derby vs Mamas. Mamas is nice for pizza, salad and appetizers but if you are in the mood for a nice dinner at a not much higer price, Brown Derby has better food.

The Brown Derby is great if you want to have a more upscale dining experience but we loved Mama Melrose's. It was VERY casual and busy but if you get a booth you can relax and enjoy your meal. The food was very good, not your typical Italian but it had some great choices. I had the veal which was amazing and my husband had the steak which was great. They have the average kid meals. Whichever you choose you will enjoy it, thats for sure!
