My husband and I are taking our 5 kids to WDW for 2 weeks.
We leave in 25 days!!
ANYWAY~ I've just started wondering if we should try to do a few day's at US/IOA. The kids are 11, 10, 8, 7 and 5 and love rides......
We went to WDW last June also but didn't go US/IOA...

So,,,,, do I buy the tickets w/the free children's and an extra adult for the 7th person and give it a shot??! Is it worth it?? Is it very crowded say first week of July??!

TIA

I'm not the expert, but it looks like you will have 4 adults and 3 children in your party. If thats how you are figuring your tickets, then yes, the 7th person will be purchasing a adult ticket.

I've never gone the 1st week of July, but that is a holiday weekend and I would assume it would be very busy thru the 5th or so. Will you be staying onsite for any of those nights? Have you looked at the height requirements to know which rides you might be doing the child swap on? Our kids are tall, by the age of 7, they were able to ride everything, but not when they were 5.

I would think you would love Universal during a 2 week stay at Disney, but everybody loves different things. We like Disney, love Universal. Maybe try to stay on site 1 night, gives you FOTL for 2 days and makes a huge difference in the quality of your visit. With FOTL, in 2 days you can ride most everything and relax in the pool for a bit.

Doubt I helped much, but we are off for 4 nights at HRH in a few days! Our kids, now 9 & 11, much prefer Universals parks over Disney and have for quite some time.
