Hubby and I prefer the Elite because it's lighter, easier to handle, gets in and out of the buses easier and your car, too. It fits in a small, resort room quite easily. It was fine for battery charge for us with 10 to 12 hour days in the park, but we are very good at shutting it off during shows, long queues, etc. Also, we recharged the battery every night. The downside of this
scooter is lack of leg room for some. If you are average or petite this is not a real problem, but if you are on the taller side or bigger side or both the elite could be hard on the legs and getting in and out of the scooter. We do prefer the 4wheel on the elite for more stability. As long as you are not a maniac the 3 wheel is okay, too. The Elite worked better in queues with a lot of twists and turns like Toy Story Mania.
Another person in our party had the Victory 10. For us, this was a two person ordeal for getiing it in and out of the car trunk. My hubby helped the other guy all the time. It's bigger and heavier. It was harder on and off the bus with it; because, it's bigger. It's definitely more stable and more comfortable. The charge does last longer and there were a few days this person didn't recharge the battery; because, they didn't go to the parks as long as us. The battery is stronger and therefore lasts longer.
Logistically, we were afraid to take the elite on the monorail ramp; so, we used the ferry on those ocassions. I think the Victory would be fine on the ramp, but hard to get on and off the monorail.
We used the Elite for Sea World, Busch Gardens, etc. and for us it was better to have the Elite; because, we used it in and out of the car so much.
Obviously, we both survived with both kinds of scooters. You won't go wrong with either one.
We want to buy in the future and right now the Elite is our top choice.
