As a lot of you will already know, my DW and I are having a DFTW Vow Renewal in February which was going to be a complete surprise but she found out!

Well I want to buy her a little Disney gift that I'll give her at our reception meal but I don't know what to get!:confused3

She loves purses so I was thinking maybe a Disney Dooney or something. It can't be anything super duper expensive (as much as I'd like to!) but I wondered if any Disney Brides (Brides-To-Be) had any ideas.

My wife is very girly, so no Star Wars Vinylmations or anything like that. I'm budgeting for about $300-500 but don't mind paying more for the "perfect gift".

DW at a glance...

Favourite Movie - Little Mermaid
Favourite Color - Blue
Favourite Animal - Penguins
Favourite Character - Stitch

What would you want if you your DH or DH to be was going to buy you a gift?

Thanks in advance, ladies!!

Does she have a Pandora bracelet? If not, I think that would be a great gift. You could pick out charms that symbolize different things about your marriage, and a special one to commemorate that day. And Chamilia makes Disney beads that fit on the Pandora!

Funny you should say that, she wants a Chamilia for her and the girls for Christmas! That was my first idea but she has what she wants already picked out for her Christmas gift!

If she's a big Disney fan, I've always dreamed of a piece of art from the Art of Disney..they have some online at Disney Store too. You could find something in your price range.

Maybe a pretty Disney snowglobe? They have some really nice ones.

Exactly what I was going to suggest!

To be honest, instead of a gift, I'd rather do something special with just DH. Backstage tour, extra nice meal, etc.

I'm sure that whatever you pick she will absolutely LOVE! You'll find something perfect! :thumbsup2

Maybe pick a pearl in Epcot and have it put into a beautiful necklace setting. Maybe have the kids pick the pearl?

I love mine. But, it is not in an expensive (real gold/silver) setting, but I love it just the same.

Or, maybe a Disney stock framed if you have a "disney themed" room it could be a nice addition.

I'm sure many others will have better ideas.

Good luck

You are so sweet!!

I agree about making a special memory! But since you already have your other surprise planned... I second the Dooney purse.

Or...you said she's really girly. I don't know if this is too immature or not, but I personally would LOVE this if DH did this for me

Or something from the floral dept. If you don't like this exact set up, I think they can work with you!

I'm starting to think I've gone too OTT and run out of options! :rotfl2: I have already ordered an "in room wedding celebration" from Disney Florist!

....and I have a special meal booked at Artist Pointe!

I thought about the "pick a pearl" but I did this when we were in Las Vegas and had it set in a gold ring!

Snowglobe might work, I did buy her the Little Mermaid one a few years ago, but they might have a new one now!

We don't have any Disney Art, in fact you wouldn't know we're die hard Disney people from our home. Might be a good option!

Any more ideas anyone? If I make a list, I'm bound to find something!! :thumbsup2

First thing that popped in to my head was a Disney Limoges box. They are now off the market and therefore highly prized.

Disney Limoges Boxes

You can get it personalized, go to their home page.

And, for the record, I'd throttle DH if he gave me one of those - I am not a 'girly' girl! LOL

(Actually, I'd be delighted by it, I just don't know what the heck I'd do with it after I got it...)

I'm going to second the snowglobe. I got a Mickey snowglobe while we were engaged, and we just got married last week, my husband gifted me with the Mickey/Minnie wedding snowglobe. We also had it on the guestbook table.

There is also the promise of a new Disney snowglobe for every anniversary to come. I think it is perfect, as the character/size/music options are limitless - and they come in every price point from $10 - $1000.

I think the dooney is a great idea - I have 3! I also have the chamilla bracelet and add a charm each year. They have fun ones like a Cinderella coach and glass slipper you could start her off with and maybe let her pick out a couple more during the trip. I've also always wanted some Mickey diamond studs (3 diamond Mickey heads) but the real ones are over your budget. You could get those in pearl though!
