Opinions on when will free dining be all booked up?

I am trying to decide if we should do a last minute trip to take advantage of free dining for the end of September? When do you guys think rooms at the values and mods will be gone? When will there be no more good ADRs? Should I just book ADRs now and then cancel if we do not go?

If I remember correctly last year they did not all get fully booked, and then they reopened it and at the end of that period it was still quite easy to get the deal.

I remember Pop not being available as the promotion advanced. I do remember there was still availability at the A/S Music and Sports.
