Hi There:)

Outback~Fab!
Golden Corral~Very Good, much better and cleaner than Ponderosa.
Olive Garden~Very Good.
Sweet Tomatoes is on my list of eating places this time coz we've heard good reviews.
Wouldn't go back to Sizzler if you payed me, the buffet was vile!
Havn't tried any of the others. Never heard of Beef o'Bradys:confused3 Where is this?

I have another couple to add if you're interested just let me know;)

Hope this helps:)

OK, can only comment on 2 based purely on our own experiences.

Denny’s - Think US version of Little Chef. Cheap, reasonable food. We loved it the first few times we went but found last year that it had gone downhill. Think it depends which outlet you go to though (the one neares the Holiday Inn is the best)

Outback Steakhouse - Had a lovely meal here. Can recommend the Jackeroo chops - yum! Kids found the food a bit spicy though.

Can also highly recommend:

Bennigans - reasonable prices, lovely food.
Friendlys - by name and by nature. Again, food is cheap and cheerful but way better than Dennys. Try the sirloin tips - double yum!!
Wild Jacks - had lovely steaks here. A bit more pricey but food is excellent.
Chillis - slightly more pricey than Dennys and Friendlys but lovely food and loads of it, great service too :)

Beef O'Brady's

Quite a few round orlando and kissmee by the looks with a nice menu.

Thanks for the advice on Denny's. We'll probably do breakfast there.

Open to new suggestions too.

There's a thread on the Orlando hotels board at the moment regarding Beef O'Bradys - it gets pretty good reviews.

Can also recommend IHOP for a decent breakfast :thumbsup2

Thanks for the link :thumbsup2

Key W Cools is a good steak place but it's not a cheap option.
Jade Garden Buffet very good but go early!
Ming Court
Another place we're Gonna try this year is Le Cellier Steakhouse in EPCOT, We've been 7 times and there are so much eating places, we never get round them all.:)

Happy Eating!;)

Dennys - great for breakfast, way too much food:rolleyes1
Sizzler is pretty good, I can also recommend Brannigans (great chicken strips)

Beef O'Bradys are good We love their Hot wings, I like the Medium but do not care for the BBQ ones.

OutBacks are very good. Shrimp on the Barbie & a house salad I get alot. They also have some great Adult drinks.

Making notes of all thes suggestions as we go Saturday and are staying on i-drive.
Are all of these restaurants child friendly?
Thanks.:thumbsup2

Dennys isn't nice at all IMO, I much prefer iHop for the same sort of food (we built up quite a rappor with the servers in 2005 as it was next door to our hotel so we visited quite a few times :goodvibes)
We found Sizzler OK, it fills a gap and has a nice salad selection. We ate dinner there twice. I liked it much more than Ponderosa which was akin to a school canteen for me and didn't seem all that clean. Same with Golden Corral. With this said i've heard others have liked those 2 so if you go once and don't like it then it's not a great expense and if you do then great :)
I want to try Olive Garden and Sweet Tomatoes next time as i've heard they're both really nice. We're eating mostly onsite due to free dining so not many offsite 'meal slots' left ;)

Last 2 weeks we had meals at
Golden Corral, better than our previous visits but still too busy and needs a cleaner to pick food up off the floor.
Ponderosa, the manageress knows us after going for 14 years so gives a 20% discount if she sees us. We still prefer it to Golden Corral but I know most don't.
Black Angus, had a very nice ribeye here. Plenty of 15% vouchers about.
CiCi's Pizza, a strange place to eat but if kids like pizza, salad, pasta and dessert it is cheapest place in Orlando to eat, cost us $16 (£8) for 3 of us with unlimited soda.
Sweet Tomatoe. Love this place, I went in a few years ago expecting to hate it, I need meat and don't care for salad, not in here I love there salad, Homemade soup, pasta, everything cooked and baked onsite infront of you, their lemon lava cake was to die for. Register with their website, put in your birthday for the first day you are in Florida and they will email you a 2 for 1 meal voucher before you go. cost us $20 with voucher for 3 of us.
Olive Garden, read reviews wich said it was poor at some locations but don't know which, ours was ok but nothing outstanding.

Only eaten a couple of places you listed:

Denny's - good for a breakfast wasn't keen when went for dinner
Sizzler - we love Sizzler but we always order a steak or another main. Although you could have just the salad bar I wouldn't recommend it - especially as it is only about another $4-$5 for a proper main as well. :thumbsup2
Ponderosa - was ok but haven't been back.

We usually eat in the ones on the 192 though and think locations with the chain restaurants this can affect whether people like them on not! Some seem better than others. :confused3

Dennys - great 'normal ' food - ideal if you want to eat and run - not the best atmosphere as more cafe than smart restaurant but great after a long day in the park!

Olive Garden - I wasn't keen, but everyone I know thinks its a must!!

Outback - love it - but agree that there is alot that is spicy!!

Chilis - really nice - a bit better than Dennys for quality/atmosphere

Golden Corral - heard alot of great things about this - will definitely be trying it myself even though I'm not usually keen on the buffet style places, but this sounds great!!

No ones mentioned these as far as I can see, but I just have to!!! -

Kobes Japanese Steakhouse - really different as the chef cooks it at your table - and the foods great too!!

RED LOBSTER - Its not all seafood (my hubby loves the Red Lobster too and he doesn't like fish!!) - but I will say that the Lobster and crab stuffed mushrooms are the business and the cheddar bay biscuits are to die for!!! - If I can only eat in one restaurant ever again then this is the one for me!!!

Sizzler we found to be terrible!

We usually go to Ponderosa for several visits & always find it OK.

Loved OUtback

Ponderosa Steak House - Very good value for money buffet.

Sizzler - Very good value for money buffet. Smaller range than Ponderoda.
Both are pretty much the same. I like them for breakfast. But know some people criticize them. But with two fussy kids, we can pick and choose, then leave when they get restless without waiting for the waiter.

Sweet tomatoes - Was expecting big things about this place as a lot of people on here think well of it. We thought it wasn't much at all. Worth a visit if looking for a salad.

Chilies - thought this was okay, nothing too special, but nothing wrong either.
Not sure about the others you mention, but would add TONY ROMA's (surprised nobody mentioned this) to the places to eat. Better than most other steak houses.

Avoid Ci Ci's unless you have a desire to re-live the 'school canteen' smell. Very cheap to eat, but would never go again.

We have a tradition of doing breakfast at the Western Steer right opposite Storm at southern end of Wet'n Wild. Cheap blow-out buffet breakfast. Maybe a little more down-market than Ponderosa, but cheap, opens early and sets us up for a hard day at IoA.
