Opinions on the various resale brokers

<---Currently going through TSS to purchase a contract @ VWL. Jason is our associate and is great at getting back to us as well as very polite and friendly.

What can I say about Tom that has not already been said here...a gentleman and great communicator.

We are cautiously optimistic about the contract, but whether it goes through or not, we are very happy with the experience so far with TSS

If it is who I think it may be I couldn't recommend her - completely nonresponsive to emails and phone calls. She completely wasted my time.

And if it's NOT who you think???

You've obviously got someone who gave you substandard service, but I'd be pretty careful before trashing someone if you don't even know if it's the same person!

For the record, I have purchased through TTS and highly recommend them. I have not dealt with either Jaki or the person whose name comes up asterisks, but I have heard nothing but good remarks about both of them.

I have heard decidedly mixed comments about GMAC, and I'll leave it at that.

When we were looking for resales we did two things.

First, we did a check on the broker's license. You can do this here for the State of Florida. Tom's license was in good standing with no complaints filed.

Second, we did a BBB search. You can do this here for Central Florida. Again, The Timeshare Store is a member in good standing with no complaints.

That got them a phone call from us. We were impressed with their business practices and knowledge of the DVC product. Also their willingness to answer all of our questions.

We have used them for two purchases and one sale and will use them again in the future. I do not see any downside to using them. They provide a quality service on a consistent basis.

Used ******** and got good service. Sold our contract in 4 or so weeks this last fall. Everything went smooth once we got the offer, received the paperwork, received the check, etc. Good luck.

I don't know why her name is ****** out, she must be banned here or something. Sorry.

I have used ******** at *********** successfully and she was a pleasure to deal with over the phone and email.
