Opinions on Roaring Forks

I remember seeing the cookie decorating on the resort activity list they give you, so you should be able to find the specific times. I want to say when we were there it was around 2 or 3 in the afternoon. We had come back to the resort briefly which was why DD was not happy- she is a 3 year old commando.

I was last there in October 2005, which was before a rehab, I believe. It was nice for breakfast, but WAS tiny. I didn't see anything fantastic for breakfast but it was close to our room and you didn't have to go outside to get there (plus for the hurricane that landed during our stay).
I also had the grilled chicken caesar salad. Yum! My mom and I could eat that all over property and be quite happy campers.
