Opinions on my Honeymoon plans

My DF and I are having a DFTW in one week and leaving for Disneyland the following week. We are staying at the Doubletree and I wondered if anyone else had stayed there. I travel for my job so I am a Hilton Diamond member. My entire 7 day stay is free! Originally I had a reservation at the Anaheim Hilton but the reviews on tripadvisor.com were not stellar.

Also, I made the following ADR or PS I think it is in DL. What do you think?
Any other recommendations?
5/1 Blue Bayou for dinner
5/2 Napa Rose for dinner
5/3 Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast
5/3 Hook's Pointe for dinner

We are doing a three day park hopper. Do you think three days is enough to experience it all? I've been to DL but DF has not. We are also spending a day in Hollywood and plan to go to the Disney Studios Store, going to San Diego Zoo, and Catalina. DF also negotiated an Angels game and Dodgers game lol.
I'd love to hear any other ideas!

Congrats! We're also going on the first leg of our honeymoon there in two weeks! We'll also be eating at Blue Bayou, Napa Rose and Goofy's Kitchen. Looks like we'll just miss you.
