I booked a 4 night stay at hard rock club level. I have read some bad reviews. Do you think its worth the money. My dh and I will use the gym everyday, plus the breakfast for 4 of us, and the beer and wine every night I'm thinking I'll get my moneys worth. We don't care about the apps will be going out to dinner. Does anybody have anything good to say about it?

We stayed there in Aug. and loved it! We thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. It could sometimes get a little packed in the evenings, but that was our only complaint. There were 5 of us and we definitely felt we got our $ worth. The breakfast was especially convenient and some of us could be eating while others were in the room getting ready. Helped us get to WWOHP on time! We also liked having access to the fitness room. Even though we never actually used the gym, we would use the showers after swimming - so easy to have everyone able to get clean at the same time instead of sitting around the hotel room shivering in a wet bathing suit waiting for someone to finish their shower. And hey, a couple of glasses of wine after a long day at the parks was a nice way to unwind and the kids loved the milk and cookies before bed. :thumbsup2

We enjoyed our recent club level stay at HRH. I thought it was nicer (more upscale) than our WDW stays at the Poly, Contemporary, WL, AKL, etc. The breakfast was convenient, and our kids liked the milk and cookies in the evening.

We are booked at club level at HRH for Christmas and I fully anticipate that we will enjoy and get value from using it. With three teenagers in our group just being able to get water and sodas will be worth it to us. Not sure that we will use it for breakfast everyday it depends on the park opening times. The thought of being able to take advantage of it when we are around for snacks and cookies etc makes sense to us.

We stayed HRH club level last June and we loved it! Not sure if I got my money's worth food wise but it sure was fun to have access to the CD library they have and to have the cocktails in the evening. Staying at HRH again in January and currently have just booked regular room. Might upgrade once we get there though if I have any extra money after Christmas!:santa:

Our family of three, and my brothers family of five, stayed club level in August. With teenagers in tow, the club turned out to be priceless. We had sodas and waters all day, there were snacks offered, along with a continental breakfast and evening appetizers. Wine and beer were enjoyed every evening by the adults and the kids loved the cookies and milk. Club level staff were exceptional, providing us with yogurt and cereal, baby spoons, etc. whenever we asked (even during off periods when food wasn't served). The lounge is small, with two big flat screens and lots of (what else!) rock music. There is a computer, newspapers, CD's, magazines. Evening "meals" were themed, Italian night, Chinese night, Mexican night...We know staying club saved us money in food and drinks during out stay. We will be staying club again next trip to Universal.

PS...the housekeeping staff on the 7th floor would put a CD in our player in our room, a different one every night, so we would come "home" to a different band! A nice touch, we thought.
