Opinions on a Mini Golf Course or Disney Quest?

Wow! Thanks so much everyone for your input! :D I will take it all into consideration.

Just stumbled across this thread because I'm trying to make the same decision regarding our departure day. What did you decide? We did DQ 10 years ago and it was fun. I'm wondering if it still is?

Hope your vacation was great!

Many of the bigger attractions at DQ are extremely dated, IMO. Last year, we did the Buzz Lightyear one, which was fun, and POTC, which was amazing. Think Toy Story Mania on a rocking boat deck. The rest can be skipped, IMO.

The real draw of DQ for me is the retro gaming. Just about anything you'd want to play from days-gone-by is there. There are consoles with 50+ games to choose from. The best part, IMO, is that you pay admission, and not per-game, so you don't feel like you're missing out if you quit playing Jungle Hunt after the 4th time swinging across the vines.

We do DQ because dh & ds are really into video games. Last year, they went while dd and I got some more MK time. This year, we are all going to DQ, but only because we have the waterparks & more option. We'll probably do a round of mini golf too, but it's not a priority since we can do mini golf anywhere.

That being said, I probably wouldn't pay full price for either one.
