Opinions about this itinerary with 5 yo

Hi! We will be at USO from Nov. 23 - NOv. 27, staying at RPR. I didn't know what to do the first day (we're getting there about noon). Then I figured this sort of itinerary for the four days:

1st day: Go to US and hit the Kid Zone from 3-6 so my kid will get used to the park.

2nd day: Monday: Go to IOA

3rd day: Tuesday: Sea World

4th day: Wednesday: US (the rest of the attractions)

5th day: Thursday - We are leaving this day and also it's Thanksgiving; is it worth it to go and repeat the best rides? I was thinking of getting the most of FOTL.

Please let me know if you think this is a good itinerary, or if we should use the first and last days to rest.

I think that sounds great. There are a lot of things to do in the play area at Universal including the Barney Show and the Animal Planet show and ET if you are really adventurous.

I would also use the last day to do repeats of favourites.

Sounds great. It's exactly what we did with our son on our trip, with the exception that we visit the kids play areas daily....

Are you flying or driving? Long trip or short?

I asked this same question for our August trip, when we landed around 6 pm after a LONG day of flying. We ended up going to Curious George and Fievel from 7-9 pm (closing), and just letting the kids run and get wet and scream after being couped up all day. It worked out EXTREMELY well, and quenched their appetite for this location, so we weren't arguing about spending time there the rest of the vacation.

If we had gotten to the parks by noon, I probably would have planned similar but differently, doing Shrek, Jimmy and ET, then blowing off steam at the water areas. We were off-site the first night, so had no FOTL.
