If you have the boarding passes you can add the miles retrospectively online.

I believe the problem was she wasn't in the Aeroplan program until after she flew. Unfortunately, most rewards programs including those not in the travel biz (like Best Buy or Petro Points or whatever) won't give you retroactive points if you're not signed up at the time of the purchase.

I like Air Canada more then Westjet. I read all this stuff about how Westjet is so great, and none of it was true. There were no smiles, no jokes, no good service. I'll stick with Air Canada. We had smiles and great service flying with them.

I talked to WJ twice today...and both Agents were delightful.
AC gets my vote too tho...

We have had problems with AC in the past and they took responsibility for it and issued us a 500.00 credit. We have had problems with WJ and have both flown with them again.

NOW in December with flight prices being so high we are booked on the dreaded United flight Four flight changes since we purchased the tickets in February. After that and what I have read on the DIS boards AC and WJ are going to seem like first class travel Pray for me!:>)
