opinion needed

hi everyone....

we are going to Disney the end of September. I made ps at the
the following restaurants. Please give any good or bad opinions
about these restaurants:

Fultons Crab House - Dinner
Cape May Cafe - Dinner
Tony's - Character Lunch
Hollywood & Vine - Character Breakfast
San Angel Inn - Lunch

My dh and I did San Angel for lunch sans kids and really enjoyed it. The portions are big, and we should've split the meal. We found it to be a relaxing and romantic atmosphere, and our food was as good as Don Pablo's or Chili's.

Hi Tiffsix, welcome to the DIS

On your list I have done the Cape May Dinner and the Hollywood & Vine Character breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending either of them for a meal.

Cape May I thought the selection was great. Generally I am not a big fish eater, but the Clam Chowder was a big winner for me I can tell you! I came away impressed with the choice, and the dessert counter was awesome. I'll definately be eating there again.

H&V breakfast. The buffet is pretty much standard American fare, but it was good and it was fresh and hot. Plenty of attention from the characters, and every so often they call the kids up front and they all have a little dance which is pretty cute. A good breakfast, but admittedly not a quiet one

Fultons Crab House - Dinner

I've always had good food and service there, although a lot of people haven't. Be forewarned, it is a VERY expensive dinner, and you will likely be hungry a few hours later.

Cape May Cafe - Dinner

Good food and an extremely good value if you like steamers, peelers and such.

San Angel Inn - Lunch

The worst meal we ever had at WDW in terms of food AND service. I wouldn't eat there again if it were free.

About San Angel -- maybe it makes a difference that we try to eat at off times, so the restaurant was only half full.

The service at Fulton's is perhaps the worst at any WDW restaurant. Cavalier and indifferent, they could care less whether or not you enjoyed your meal, or if you ever come back. Even the greeters at the podium and the busboys are pretty bad..ever have a busboy lead you to a table and just toss the menus in a heap??
Try the Portobello yacht Club instead.
