Operational Dues by Resort

Is there a site where the Operational Dues are listed for each DVC Resort over the last 15*18 years?

Thank you. I am looking for the part of the overall dues that could figure into total cost of a DVC resort for purposes of perhaps selling. I know you can use purchase price, closing costs, selling fees, etc. and I thought part of the yearly annual dues (not all) could be used also in figuring costs for purposes of finding net profit on sale.

I believe capital reserves can be used. You would probably need to contact DVC directly to get that itemized amount.

I just did this, and they told me they can only give up to 2014 which is what is on the member website. "Our system does not have any Annual Dues information prior to 2014. We sincerely apologize for any frustrations this response may cause."

Follow the link above for annual dues budget. Then go to the link for the history of the resort annual budgets. Most all are in there from 2009. I needed to do the same since we just sold a BCV contract.
