OPERATION TRICK OR TREAT here we GO!

Okay so we say we are committed lets just see about that. Here are the folks signed up so far and there amounts to loose by Oct 31st. Starting tomorrow we will have a weekly thread to check into on how are weeks are going with our goals. Everyfriday we'll post a new weight in for our TRICK OR TREAT loss's until we reach halloween. That's 9 weeks worth of weight in's. 64 DAYS until we are at our goals. Lets' count the pounds down and get rolling.

Liz you can get the clip art from anyone who has it added to there siggy. Just add it the same what you did you member art. When you find it in a siggy like mine just right click it and go down to properties and click that then highlight the string that has jpg or gif at the end of it then right click that to copy then click okay go to your user cp and go down to the siggy portion and type

to the end and you've got it!
