The massive bombing of Iraq has begun. It is expected to last for several hours.

Have we learned any hard and tru facts about the bombing from last night?

They haven't confirmed anything. They are reasonably sure they have injured and/or killed some of the top military people and possibly Saddam himself. However, they are still analyzing the tape of Saddam that was on the air last night.

To answer the question -- no. Nothing is confirmed.

Currently, they are once again hitting the areas where the "elite" live and spend their time. They say the real massive bombing has not started. This is the first wave who are taking out anti-aircraft capability.
