OPENING time for World Showcase/Ride/Meet/Greets

If this question has been asked, I will delete mine, or if you can direct me to another thread.....I have scheduled an 8am 8/1 ADR at Akershus. Since World Showcase normally does not open until 11am, will these attractions open early? Any help is appreciated, may need to change my stragedy.

Only the restaurants that have early ADRs are open in WS before 11. No rides, currently there is only one ride in WS that is in Mexico. No one knows what will happen when the new Frozen ride is open. You can walk around but none of the shops are open and none of the outside meet and greets are there.

If all the Frozen stuff over in Norway is up and running by August, there is a possibility that it will open with park opening. Until it comes online, there's really just speculation. I would keep the ADR for now and just keep an eye here on the DIS to see what happens when they're done. Most people are saying that they will have to open early just to keep up with the demand, but no one really knows.
