** Opening Day Pricing: Treasure **

I have a question that’s slightly off-topic but would also help me evaluate these prices. Are the categories the same on every ship, e.g. is a category 5B the same on the Treasure as on the Magic (Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah)?

I would say they are generally the same, and if there is a difference, there will be a new category issued (and new color coding, e.g., 3B on Treasure/Wish).

BUT, 1A, 1B and 1C on the Wish/Treasure vs 1A only on the Fantasy/Dream. A 1A on the Fantasy Dream is coded yellow, like the 1C on the Wish/Treasure.

If the names and colors match though, I'd feel comfortable saying they were the same vs the lettering though.

Gotta add - was very surprised to find so many bump-out balconies still available. Our son couldn't book until today and I didn't think these would last that long as we wanted two side by side. So I just had our TA grab any balcony in an area that had a lot available on gold day thinking that would be the best way to keep us together. But there were still a lot of the bump-out cabins available, so she switched us and grabbed the one next door for him. So excited!

I believe most are 4 A/B/C, depending on the deck. The room we're booking is Deck 9 and 4B, at the edge of a bump-out.

5A, B and C are the ones I was looking at. They are where the bump-out containing the Cat 4 staterooms curves back into the ship so you get a really large, angled balcony.

Edited to add - just saw the previous post. It does look like those Cat 4 staterooms have a larger balcony as well. We didn't need the larger room so I wasn't looking at those - only the Cat 5's.
